Mission Moments

 

Marine SSgt Kris Mock is deployed to Afghanistan.  Thus far this month our church has sent 17 boxes of much needed items to to these incredible heroes!  Please remember to keep them in your prayers.  In addition our youth visited the Marshal rehab here in Perry during Vacation Bible School week and spent some time with residents there.  Ed Sheffield led them through the Veterans Memorial park where they spent one evening picking up trash and tiying things up.  Our children, in cooperation with the Merrymakers delivered some very soft and comfy pillows to the residents at Marshall Rehab...they were very warmly recieved.
